| Directions |
- Take Exit 31 off the M6.
- Follow A59 towards Preston up hill.
- At roundabout with Hesketh Arms, take A5085 towards Blackpool.
- Stay on this road for about 4 miles passing numerous traffic
lights.
- Turn left at Jeep Chrysler Agency (on left opposite Ashton
Park) - Peddars Way.
- Go straight ahead at traffic lights (McDonald's on left).
- Turn right at mini-roundabout into Navigation Way Take first
right at Datel into Chain Caul Way Cross train tracks and take
first right into Leeward Road.
- Studio 13 is in courtyard on right.
